Fixed Cost Model is the best suited for a clients who are with well-defined scope and Software/Website Requirement
Specification determined in terms of requirements,project schedules and path are listed down in a document. The
company estimates the project scope and complexity, and provides a project delivery schedule along with a fixed
pre-negotiable cost in terms of hours to complete product development. Under this business model,Company ensures quality
delivery of the final product within a pre-scheduled time frame, and the customer pays a mutually agreed fixed price for
the project implementation. For any change in scope in later stage of project development, a prior agreed upon fixed hourly
rate is charged to the client.
Time and Material based Model
Time and Material based Model is a suitable model for projects with frequently changing requirements, where the
Scope, Specification and Implementation plans are not specific and they may change as per arising requirement.
This model is preferably used for long-term projects that are prone to design and working changes in midstream
due to the changing market trends. The company will provide you a rough estimation of the project where the cost
factor depends upon the hourly duration of the project.
Utilization Based billing

it's your choice to choose the comfortable one for your project.
Hourly Based
We define a fixed per hour charge and you are changed based on the duration, or the hours worked on your project, project
doesn't have any estimated time constraint or fixed cost. Your project will undergo all the stages of analysis, design adaptation,
development and implementation and after the completion and total cost calculated according to the number of hours worked on
the project.
Prepaid Packages Based
Prepaid Packages Based Model is contrary to the hourly-based model where you make a payment to the company at the commencement
of the project for certain estimated hours. If the project exceeds the planned hours, then you have to pay an amount for the
exceeded hours and if the project is completed before hand than the estimated time, we will refund you the excess amount
calculating in terms of hours
Mixed Mode Model
If you have a project with specific requirements for certain modules and some are vague Mixed Model gives you the right
solution; it is a combination of both Fixed Cost Model and Time & Material Based Model. The project execution includes
cost linked with time, effort, skills and expertise.
A project with mixed mode model will have combined specifications of both the models. Time & Material based model can
be used in modules where you are not specific with your requirements. Similarly, Fixed Cost model can be adopted for
the modules that have complete project scope and specification and the cost are fixed for the modules in terms of the
specifications and the hours worked.
